Casey has been with the firm, and Gary, for many years and continues to drive the firm forward as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Casey empowers the legal team and staff to do the best possible work for our clients. Casey leads everything from hiring, payroll, correspondence, people leadership and so much more at Burger Law. Without Casey, there is no Burger Law.

Prior to her promotion to COO, Casey worked closely with Gary Burger and the other attorneys of Burger Law. She has been a paralegal for more than 11 years and continues to improve upon her skillset at Burger Law. Casey has assisted in multiple areas of law but prefers to handle personal injury and medical malpractice. Casey meets with clients, handles and maintains our entire caseload, and takes care of our accounting. Casey has also assisted Gary in many jury trials over the years.

Outside of the office, Casey loves to travel and spend time with her Frenchie.
