Was I fired illegally?
Being fired from a job by your employer is never pleasant. Often times it can feel unfair to the employee who has been fired.
For workers in an at-will employment arrangement, meaning not a contract worker or union worker, both the employee and employer are free to end the relationship at any time, without warning, with or without reason.
