Advanced Litigation: Hone and Update Your Litigation Practice

• 10:00-10:50: Best Practices for Cross Cultural Lawyering — Attorney Jasmine Chen will discussbest
  practices for cross cultural lawyering. You will leave with a better understanding of: how to recognize cultural
  differences; importance of acknowledging differences; how to avoid making an adverse impact on your attorney –
  client relationship and more!
• 11:00-11:50: Judicial Panel — Hear from a panel of Missouri Judges on discussions about litigation,
  courtroom issues, trial issues, etc.
• 12:00-12:50: New Laws- both claims and litigation — Gary Burger and John Rahoy will present
  legislative updates on all new laws that might affect your practice- both claims and litigation.
• 1:00-1:50: Market Your Legal Business — 50 in 50 – Gary will share his Marketing experience and
  recommendations for a wide variety of Marketing techniques for lawyers to build a robust marketing program for
  them selves or their firms. Gary will share insights of what marketing plans work for lawyers and
  recommendations to implement them. 50 Marketing things he has done in 50 minutes.
