Burger Law Presents CLE on June 27th, 2016 – Deposition and Mediation Practice

Super Lawyer Gary Burger and the Honorable Judge Thomas Prebil are presenting a two hour CLE on Monday, June 27th, 2016. The Deposition and Mediation Practice CLE will be made available in two separate sessions in order to accommodate all individuals interested in participating.

The cost for the Deposition and Mediation Practice CLE is $50 and includes two hours of CLE credit. As always – all proceeds go to Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. Attend this CLE not because you’re required to do so but to hone your legal ability and to better your practice!

The presentations are as follows: Advanced Deposition Practice: You’re in litigation. How do you prepare your client to be an effective witness and advocate in their case? How do you depose the Defendant to establish liability and win your case? Doctor depos for trial. I will tell you how.

Winning Mediation Strategies: Mediation techniques; negotiation tactics; how mediators work; what wins in mediation and how to get the best settlement possible. Judge Prebil will provide his views of mediation as a mediator, former Judge, and long practicing trial attorney. This is a real opportunity and I am thankful Judge Prebil is joining me.
