• 1:00 – 1:50 pm Ethics in Litigation – How to handle the hard stuff – can you agree to pay a lien for your
  client, when to report another lawyer, what to do if you get an ethics complaint, should you assert an attorneys
  lien, contacting a person who may be represented by counsel, what to do when getting in a fight with a client,
  can you represent multiple people in a car crash? by Gary Burger and Tyler Thompson

The cost to attend this three-hour CLE is $50 and the proceeds will be donated to Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.

This CLE has been approved for 3 hours of Missouri CLE credit including one hour of ethics credit. Illinois CLE
credit pending.
