Hi! I’m Gary Burger of Burger Law. I am so grateful for the many clients that we’ve represented over the years and the great work we’ve been able to do for them. Nothing makes me prouder than to have an offer of a little bit of money, couple thousand dollars, and then a year later try the personal injury case or get a settlement where my clients are getting hundreds of thousands of dollars. We’ve done that many times. We have a Successes Page where we talk about that.

The other thing that I’m proud about is how we take care of our people. I personally handle every case in this office. I have folks that assist me in it, but my clients know me and like me. And we have a lot of reviews on our website. We have a Successes Section at Burger Law, but we also have a Client Testimonials Page that I’m proud of.

I just googled our firm on Google. We have 90 Google reviews, the most of any firm in St. Louis that I’m aware of, and they’re all five stars, and we worked hard on that. It’s not a coincidence. We give personal attention to our clients. We know the law. We know how to get great recoveries. We do it efficiently and quickly. We honor you and your claim. No one gets injured in a case and says, “Now I want to have to go fight an insurance company and go to trial.” I’ve never had a client that wants to do that. However, all my clients want to get 100% compensated for their injuries or their damages, not 70% or not 5% like some of the insurance companies want to.

These days, it’s getting harder and harder to win cases and earn money. I have to file more lawsuits and fight more insurance companies than ever before. I said today, and I say it many times, insurance companies are my best source of business because they tend – there are many good insurance companies and adjusters out there – but insurance companies also tend to want to get the cheapest settlement possible, and they’re not good to folks many, many times.

I’ve written a book on my website about whether to hire a lawyer or not. I go through many of the tactics that insurance companies use to try to rip off people. I’ve done videos on this as well.
